  • Incorrect debit caused by technical or system errors
  • Unauthorized transactions verified after investigation
  • Excess payment made due to processing issues

  • Delays caused by banks, UPI systems, or third-party payment providers
  • Subscription or service charges already utilized
  • Transactions blocked due to regulatory or compliance reasons

  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting screenshots or documents (if applicable)

Refund requests may be rejected if incomplete or fraudulent information is provided.


5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on:

  • Banking partner processing
  • UPI settlement systems
  • Payment gateway procedures
  • Public holidays or banking delays

6. Failed or Pending Transactions

If a transaction fails but the amount is debited:

  • The amount is usually automatically reversed by the banking system
  • Automatic reversals are governed by bank and UPI network timelines

Users should contact support if reversal delays exceed expected banking timelines.


7. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

CredWorth reserves the right to:

  • Investigate suspicious refund requests
  • Request additional verification documents
  • Suspend accounts involved in fraudulent activities

Fraudulent claims or abuse of the refund system may result in account termination and legal action.


8. Limitation of Liability

CredWorth is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party banking systems
  • Network outages or technical interruptions
  • Incorrect account details submitted by users
  • Regulatory restrictions affecting payment processing
